Requirements:

• Required studies: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Special Education or related.

• Minimum experience of 3 years in direct care for people with ID.

• Minimum experience of 2 years in direct care for parents of people with disabilities.

• Housing availability in Kalimori

• Office handling

• Knowledge of TEACCH method, PECS, CAA, ABA, Development of social skills.

Knowledge and experience:

• Responsible for the well-being and integral development of the residents of your Bungalow.

• Development of monthly programs, with clear and functional objectives for the development of social interaction and independence skills.

• Apply development, monitoring and follow-up programs.

• Crisis intervention and behavioral management.

• Have knowledge about the health of each participant, for the proper administration of the medication and follow-up on physical health issues

• Implement visual aids for the structuring of activities in bungalows

• Training and monitoring of attendees.

• Support the process of inclusion of the participants in the Kalimori community.
